I have come to a conclusion that there use to only be one scripter but then (s)he gave the code to other people.
This can be assumed because we can safely know that the code for hacking the wheel is complicated because you would have to hack Gaia, the Rally, AND the Prize Wheel.
Also, since there not a lot of rooms in the Rally ((if you consider how many Gaians there are total compared to how many are playing Rally)) the person who first discovered the code only gave it to people (s)he knows because if you only need a few people to help you then its smart to only choose people you know wouldnt rat you out ((friends))
Also, they are not in every room, so its safe to assume that the person who is hacking has to be in the same room as the wheel that are controlling.
I have been to a few private rooms and nothing about the wheel popped up so its also safe to assume your most safe in a private room that is locked if you just want to spin the wheel.
Finally, more then one person can hack the wheel in the same room. 2 people were carrying out a conversation ((of course I confirmed it was actually 2 people, they would talk at the normal speed it would take and they had different vocabulary))9

I would place a human in a natural environment, no education or parenting, to see what's the outcome and perhaps getting an insight on similarities of our ancestors.

Of course there would be predators and the likes when the creature had grown enough.

A variation of that experiment would require groups of wild humans to see how they react to each other.


That and I'd attempt to create the biggest mass destruction weapon.
