Ryu removed one of the two kunai within the holster with his right hand, the ring at the end of the knife being used to spin the knife on his forefinger. A quick snap of his wrist and the weapon was held in a fighting grip with the blade at the top of the fist. Hiei and Kurama were not the only demons around and that whistle, he assumed, could not be directed at specific beings.
The shinobi could not "feel" the demonic energies as he could the living energy within a human. It was muddled to him, like a poorly done watercolor painting. Shifts in the air current, while very difficult to monitor for an actual threat and not natural occurrences, were all he had to rely upon. Well, that and the ever growing feeling of despair that was surrounding them. "Why do they wait?" he asked as he looked from side-to-side for movement to make sure they were not going to be attacked.

Alexander simply filled out his work. No alarms went off so he was not notified of any intrusions. "Need another box of targets mailed out, a few personal boxes of ammunition, some spare parts, and flowers set for delivery. That should do it for today," he said with the swift tapping of a key upon the computer's keyboard. There was no more work for the day, but Alexander knew that some chores had to be done.
Dinner had to be started.
Celena needed grooming.
Weapons needed to be cleaned.
Inventory needed to be taken.
He had training to do with the mechs.
And the list goes on...

As far as the blacks go you have to take into account that back then there was much more racial pressure and prejudice than there is now. They didn't have much when it came to food so everything go fried or was rather unhealthy. Their stress levels were off the chart due to the fact that they were going through so much crap plus the lack of exercise due to preoccupation with other things. That's why, as a whole, black people had higher blood pressure and other diseases. If more information is to be taken now then that change will be noted and one will see that it's not as bad as it was.

And if the extra-terrestrials, aliens, etc. have some sort of super sickness that wipes out this combined race then what do we do then, huh? Leave the fighting to the turkeys? I think not. It takes a while for a disease to evolve enough to be transmitted from animal to human, How long do you think it would take for a disease to be able to be transmitted from an alien lifeform that evolved on a different planet to a human?
This isn't taking into account that there would probably be differences in form diseases are spread that only apply to that planet.
You never know with some things, especially diseases. If it's from a different planet you have no real idea how quickly it mutates. It could be seconds, minutes, hours, or even days. You assume that all diseases everywhere mutate at the same rate. Sure, let's say that it takes some time to evolve. That doesn't stop the beings from another planet from completely raping us with technology. If that's the case then it doesn't matter if we're one race or not. It just means we're all screwed with lasers and probes.

So you automatically assume I'm high, intoxicated, or under the influence of any drug for the mere fact that I bring up an example you don't understand? Maybe that's the reason or maybe it isn't, but it seems like it is from the way you put it. I can make sense when I need to.
Honestly, I don't really care much about for interracial breeding. If a girl is attractive then she's attractive. I'm a black...Native American...Mulatto...we'll just go with "Other", guy courting a Japanese girl. Why? Because she's gorgeous and is fun to be around. No other real reason.
Right now I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing. It's something I have to do to increase intelligence.
