"bsgolden21" i for one strongly disagree. i just think having other poses kinda ruins the entire mc in a way. but thats only in my book. they can have like 2-3 poses thats fine but they new mc's of today kinda suck. lol. and yes i think they should have kept the slippers as an mc not a event item. mostly because the panda hats and grizz bear hats were the second MC's of gaia. i think they should have kept that in line but too late now. The star will shine, and then it will fall If you don't like the other poses of a MC, just don't use them. I don't like the other poses of the Masterpiece besides the skin, so I don't use the others. I don't like the poses of the Holy pendant thingy besides the glowing pendant. Having the other poses on there doesn't "ruin" an item, it makes it more versatile. If one person can use a pose from an item, and another person can use another pose, then that's TWO people you've made happy instead of ONE. It all works out better for people as a whole. I remember when the panda and grizzly hats came out, they weren't that great. Believe it or not, many people back then didn't like the MCs either, just like people don't like them today. Now don't get me wrong, the MCs aren't that great now-a-days, but it's not because of more poses, at least not to me. The slippers would have not gone well as an MC with the user base now. We're used to "complicated" MCs, not simple ones. Gaia would lose a lot of money if they did single pose MCs again. Instead, they made a smart move making them available another way, for those who want the simple items. _______________________________ |

Farewell this blackened eye, you learned your lessons falling down In my opinion, old MCs aren't expencive because of the simplicity, they're expencive of the rarity (ie limited quantities) versus the newer MCs wiith tones of poses. So saying that the slippers would be popular because of the limited poses like the older slippers we have on here doesn't really work. Most of the people I've talked to personally and seen talking about MCs via lurking, prefer more opportunities to be creative with different poses. Gaia made a good chioce not making the panga and bear slippers into MCs. I would bet my Coco they wouldn't be thatpopular, at least not as popular as you make it out to be. Besides, Demonic/Angelic is way over done. It's getting old, at least MC wise. _______________________________ |

If you continue watching/reading the series, it does deal with a lot of s**t. It's defintly not a happy anime, so I don't watch it that often. I use anime to get away from real s**t like what happened to the girl who was molested. It's all a lie, but you'd never know |

Anyways, I'm interested in making or buying a long coat, almost trench coat like, most often seen worn by yanki (sp) girls, like Ichigo from Kamikaze Girls-if you need a reference, I can get one, but I have dial up, so it could take a while. She is also seen wearing a long skirt with her sailor school uniform, instead of the short, or knee lengh skirt. I'd love to make/buy that type of skirt instead of a short one. Anyone have an patterns or websites that I could make a skirt and jacket from, or just buy one? I've tried google searches and eBay, but neither have helped sad It's all a lie, but you'd never know |
