nice choice in picking green to be one of your colors , truth is I wasnt expecting anyone to use green for some reason.I allso like that you thought about making her look feminin but in command while designing her.she does look like a fairytale pirate but I think she needs a touch more of elegance.

very sleek and elegant .lovely color scheme goes exactly with her background story.It fits almost all of the guidelines except you didn't use at least two skull items , which was one of the requierments.

nice story and idea but I don't think she looks enough like a pirate , more like a princess trying to be a pirate.her overall appearence is attractive but more cute than elegant.her outfit is very well planned and fufills all the requierments but it just dosent pull the whole pirate thing of enough.

she does look like a pirate and elegant.the color scheme is good too ,however you didn't fufill al the requierments.your not wearing a item that has ''pirate'' in its name and your not wearing a t least two skull items.also I know shes a sky pirate and I love the idea but the rainbows clash too much with her.
