I think it was around 85%, Vice. That was to fall within the fair-use/parody laws. But the examples places using that rule have cited were a bit... weird. They were talking about how a picture of this thing called 'punkachu' would be allowed, but a Pikachu drawn in a different style wouldn't be? >.<;

This whole fanart crackdown is becoming a bit worrying, to be honest. ): Even keeping away from a seller's perspective, it's always so much fun to see other people's interpretations of a character.

I don't think give, or sell, but it would be unfair of them to never provide some sort of avenue for the skin to be regained. An extended, challenging, and most importantly enjoyable quest seems like the best option to me.

...the imps aren't human, so I don't see what the problem is. ^^; Imps have a right to be skinny and bony just as much as dwarves have a right to be short and stocky, they're built for a different purpose than a human.

I don't know of any services that make keychains, but you can make some pretty nice ones at home with printer-friendly shrinky-dinks.
