Des nods patiently, then steps into the elevator, lowering the gate as he does so. Another moment passes as he presses the up button and waits for them to rise. "... ((Sounds difficult. I like the backdoor method better... get into community, do a few years, and squeeze on through with a 3.0 GPA into university. Of course, I'm kinda not attending college, so that 'strategy' may take a while to see through.))

A light-hearted chuckle passes Des' lips.
"Hardly. The only trick here, was played upon the "god" imprisoned in its own effigies..." Desecrator leans to one side and waves at the two statues. "Hey over there!" The eyes of the 'god' shine through the statues, briefly illuminating the entire room a bright red before dying down to mere coals by comparison. Leaning back, he looks down at the spit, then back up, straight into Lykaios' eyes. "Only a fool so hastily pledges loyalty to any that would have her.... I'm beginning to see why your path crossed mine and lingered for a bit..." |
