Not really, Helsing is already rated PG-13 by dark horse. It's most likely just a change of voice actors

It might be the finger things. One (the middle) is going over to the right and the other middle finger is either popping out or bending in.

Mugetsu Ookamiza The Hellsing Hound No Hellsing fans, you say!? D:< OVA is so full of awesome it makes even the Doc look super-cool. And this is a mad scientist who wears a mankini. I dunno what's holding up Hirano so much. I think he's either getting tired of the series, or is just generally lazy. I do believe it's the latter reason, through self-admittance. Now all I can look forward to is the Dubbed OVA 4. @_@ Riiiip~ <3 http://i35.tinypic.com/2ep0dwx.gif . Hellsing runs in a MONTHLY magazine, not a weekly one like Naruto or Bleach. that means it progresses more slowly than those. you also have to figure in the time out taken to work on side stories like The Dawn which can slow down the release of new chapters and the occasions that can happen where a magazine will skip a chapter from one series it's serializing for specials and oneshots. it's also out to about 9 volumes worth of chapters in Japan and the mangaka stated he intends to finish it with 10 total volumes. . http://i36.tinypic.com/25h0fnm.gif True, it is a monthly manga but Hirano will take really long breaks; just like this month, there's no hellsing. Second point, the dawn is on hiatus, Hirano has even touched the dawn for quite a few months now; unless you count the "SHI" reference. |

Basicly, lack of food. It's not just in vampires, people's hair will turn white if they are mistreated and there's not enough food.
