Katharina struggled only a little bit as she flung his arm around her neck. Though his clothes were being enveloped by blood streaming from his side, the matronly vampire was more concerned about getting him inside, then actually listening to the bloodlust that was trying to override her counciousness. If she wasn't as strong willed, she might actually pounce on the young angel, versus schlepping him along the gravel driveway - but still, for now, it wasn't a problem. Focusing all her energy on the task at hand, Katharina stared back at the manor, just in time to watch her husband dash out from the home they shared. Though her brow narrowed in slight annoyance, she knew better than anyone how hard it was for Samson to deal with blood.
When they met each other, Katharina was traveling with a different coven - a far more violent one then the one she lead now. In that coven, she simply stood by as her "friends" ravaged family after family, traveling from town to town. When they had done enough damage in Central Europe, they crossed the oceanic waters to the great British Islands. Thinking they'd be harder to track in more remote areas, her coven jumped ship to Ireland . . . She shook her head free from the direction her mind was going in. Her thoughts were ranting! And not exactly sure if the Angel could hear her thoughts, Katharina instead focused on the angel, and not the lack of dissapearing family members - though why her daughter was staring back at them so dumbfounded, irked her to no end!
Okay, so of all the people to drag a person into the manor, Katharina would be the last - but this angel needed help. It might look uncharacteristic, but to the point to make her daughter freeze shut, and not lift a finger to help? Fearing her anger might be forcing her to grip a wounded man too tightly, she loosend her hold on him, and carefully waited for him to take his step inside. Though he seemed weak, he was able to make the walk, take the steps, and graciously fall onto the parlor couch off to the side. Katharina carefully lead him to lay his head on the arm rest, and asked Rosalinda to fetch a cold cloth and close the front door. If she could stop the bleeding, then at least Samson could come home.
Being alone never suited Katharina. And yes, though technically she wasn't with this angel guy laying in front of her, in a way she still was. He was practically passed out at this point, and the motherly vampire hated strangers as it was - especially High Council strangers. Ugh, so why was she being nice to this one? The answer escaped her for now, so she would try her best to be nice about trying to get him to leave, while still remaining helpful. As she waited for Rosalinda to return, Katharina leaned down, to make sure he could hear her, "Mr. Angel sir - is there anyone I can call for you?"
  
ooc; Okay, peeps, let's post - hope this works, and this doesn't become the last post of the thread! gonk In case it does help pick up the thread - I was hoping that maybe Live can heal the angel? It might prove her worth to a doubtful Katharina - at least enough to let her spend the night XD

@Pixie: Okay, bc it will almost have been a week since the last post - I say for the vampire side, I'll post (tonight, or tomorrow), and just godmod Rosalinda off to the side for now - that will give me and Ghost a chance to rp.
Can someone reply on the wolf side - like Pixie I think Poisoned was chatting it up with your character right? ^^ I just really don't want this rp to die - so if some people can post I'd appreciate it XD I know it's no one's fault, and I know some peeps are being really patient and considerate and have posted - but I just really don't want us to just stop posting on this one. Thanks guys!

My name in rl is Katharina (kah-TA-ree-na) - and I'm half American (on my Dad's side) and half German (on my Mom's side). I got to spend half my life in Germany, visiting several countries in Central Europe. I had a fantastic childhood! And though I grew up watching my Father draw, I didn't really start drawing myself until I was about eleven. Doing it for about thirteen years, I am proud to say that I am self taught, though I have done an art class or two in college ^^ One day I hope to teach art to high school kids for a living, and be a starving artist on the weekends. But until then, I hope to draw here on Gaia, in order to not only practice some more, but also to get to meet some new friends!

So how does the pricing work?
Okay, so say you want to give me 10k? Well you send me a trade of half (5k) and I accept it, and you finish it. Then I start your rough draft. Once you accept the rough draft, I send you the inked version with a transparent logo all over it for your final approval (this will also be the piece that will be displayed in the example section, unless you ask me not to). If you approve of the inked version, you send me the other half of the amount (another 5k which will then equal the initial amount you were willing to pay me) and then I resend you the final version, but without the transparent logo all over it ^^
What if I'm paying you with an item?
Good question. Send me the item in a trade, and I will accept it - but do not finish the trade until you have received the logo-ed inked version. Once you approve of the inked version, finish the trade, and I will send you the un-logo'ed version.
How long do you take?
It really depends on the week I'm having. Really, it only takes me about half a day to draw it, and ink it. But let's say I send you the rough draft, and it takes you a few days to get to me with an approval - or worse, something comes up with in rl, and it takes me a few days. The actual drawing doesn't take long, it's the stuff that happend in rl! XD But I'd say, no more than a week on average for everything from accepting the bribe, to drawing the rough draft, to inking it.
Do you accept art trades? Like I'll draw you one, if you draw mine?
At this point, no, sorry! Nothing personal, and I know there are people more talented than me out there, that I'd be lucky to get art from, but at this point - no thank you.
So if we're friends you'll give me a discount?
Yup! But please do not send me a random stranger friendship request out of nowhere and head over here, and place your bid. I'd like to get to you know first, and I'll be weary of anybody, I first meet here, talk to a few times, and then sends me a friend request the same day. I like to get to know people first, please! And what I mean by discount, is that anybody on my friend's list will never have to pay more than 10k for an art piece from me!
