What Michelle had been doing since she met the girl was at the castle. She was mostly depressed since her mother's death and wasn't all that happy. She would stay up in her room and look at the sky all day. Her food was left by her door and her company little but she wrote in her book most of the time, untill the pages were filled. Poems and songs filled the book of dreams and thoughts but one poem she read most of the time.
(note I am stealing this from As Told by Ginger, I like that show and this poem dose justice to her fealings)

And She Was Gone

She chose to walk alone.
Though others wondered why.
Refused to look before her,
Kept eyes cast upwards,
Towards the sky.

She didn't have companions.
No need for earthly things.
Only wanted freedom,
From what she felt were puppet strings.

She longed to be a bird.
That she might fly away.
She pitied every blade of grass
For planted they would stay.

She longed to be a flame.
That brightly danced alone.
Felt jealous of the steam
That made the air its only home.

Some say she wished too hard.
Some say she wished too long.
But we awoke one autumn day
To find that she was gone.

The trees, they say, stood witness.
The sky refused to tell.
But someone who had seen it
Said the story played out well.

She spread her arms out wide.
Breathed in the break of dawn.
She just let go of all she held...
And then she was gone.

Her thoughts were to herself as her father knocked on the door. Michelle closed her book and never looked behind as she let him in.
Soon her father entered through the door and said "Michelle, are you o.k?"
Michelle nodded her head even though she lied, her heart felt empty since what had happened. She managed to say "I'm fine, what have you come in here to bug me about now?"
Her father took a deep breath and said "Since your mother's death, or more the woman I loved is gone, soon I have to step down as king, and I think it is time for you to find a hudsband".
Michelle was nervouse when he spoke the words but she said "I just can't, I'm scared."
Her father smiled and gave her a hug and said "It will be fine, I was able to marry your mother, and look how we turned out, we have a beautiful daughter."
Michelle smiled and said "thanks dad" and watched as he walked away and closed the door, soon she went back to her book and continued to read the poem.

(o.k. my good computer has a virus so I have to use the not so good one. But what did I miss)

Michelle felt herself as her feet left the ground. She then heard his voice and said "put me down this instent" She was scared out of her mind and said quietly "why do I have to be quiet".

Michelle soon watched as the light went away she kept on walking with her hand to the wall so she wouldn't lose her balance. She began to hum to herself as she was looking for a light at the other end.

Michelle said "I think I can handle myself" and began to walk and turned to him and said "but thanks." She was starting to walk into the darkness and it was a good thing that it was dark because her face began to get a little red. She didn't let it affect her though.

Michelle looked into the dark hallway and said "now that is cool" as she began to walk over to the wall in amazement.

Michelle said "oh, it's nothing" but she was thinking to herself how stupid am I, I'm just going to be here for a little bit, and then go, I have to admit he is cute but I still don't trust him "so how long have you been here" she asked.

Michelle smiled a bit and said "that would be nice" She picked up her bag as her smiled fadeded into a moodless face.

Michelle was thinking to herself on ways a vampire could prove themselves but just ended up saying "I'll think of it later, I'll just take a room key for now, and be on my way."
