My comming out to my parents was actually very awkward and all around horrible. It all started with my mom going on about homosexuality being a sin and blah blah. So, after sitting in silence and wanting to scream, I finally just snapped and eventually everything came out in the open.
But, as for comming out on myspace...good luck with that. I'd say that your friends probably aren't going to take it very serious with the small bit that you put.
