The difference is that bomb threats, bank foreclosures ect are a lot different in the minds of people than a lawsuit.

Things like a fire take place instantly and do their damage instantly. Lawsuits take years and years. Not to mention with the number of lawsuits that get filed against.... well damn near everything and everyone people are pretty much jaded to it now.

Its like when a videogame gets a lawsuit. Its sales really aren't effected all that much because the public perception is that its a background thing that the company will get past or settle out of court before anything major happens.


I think many of us would stay or brush it off if we were told there was a lawsuit. Hell, many of us would probably rally behind gaia.

Theres at least 5 running petitions on the first page you can browse through. I have yet to hear of any of the petitions being moved out of the petition subforum.

As for suggestions: try everything on the site at least once. Theres a lot to do and as such you can easily find your own little nitch. Lots of people use this to gain all their riches.

Also don't be concerned about the opinions of others. Theres always a critic and always a troll somewhere. They really aren't that common tho so just brush them off. :3

I finally found a job. biggrin So the good news is once I figure out how to balance art and the new job (as well as adjust to my new sleep schedule) I will be back on the ball and doing art again.
