Same, I'd say MM because of the Stone Tower themes and the Clock Tower... but I really, really like the ALttP OST. <3 Especially the Hyrule Castle theme in the beginning, and the Dark World/Dark World Mountain and Woods.
Then again, the OoT OST has really nice temple music. But it's not a favourite soundtrack of mine. Neither is TP, as I only really liked a few songs from there, Faron Woods being my favourite.
