Soon after Gaia's prom event ended, I discovered that my other account was hacked, had it's name and password changed, and had most of its items stolen.
I didn't know how to log back into it, so I filed a report providing the changed name. But later, I was able to get my account back using my e-mail and changed the name back, so I sent a second report and explained what I did in the additional notes section. Now I've received an e-mail from the Gaia staff saying that my account's been banned and that I need to send a report with a code they've given me for use in the additional notes. What should I do? I know that only one report is supposed to be sent and I'm really nervous about taking my chances with these instructions. (Did they even notice my second report?) |
