i have the same problem, but i cant get to any games either. if you find out how to fix it, let me know plz. (i have cleared my cache AND have the latest shockwave version)

When I log in my avatar does not appear at the top. I am unable to play games or customize it. When I log into my other account everything is fine. Why is this?
