He brings up a VERY good point. I thought ZOMG is supposed to be a casual MMO but the fact that you have to dedicate over an hour or so just to get to the end boss is rediculous. Add the time to find people to help you and it takes even longer.
What's worse is if you fail, you have to go through it all again!
There really needs to be a null chamber near the end boss or something.
Of course, making the whole game from whirlpool onwards non-instanced would be fantastic. Easier to recrewt people and at least there would be other members of the community to help. Isn't that the idea of the game? Also the fact that as soon as you whirlpool you don't see anyone else makes it rather boring compared to Gold Beach.
Instance the end boss but the journey there needs to be faster and a lot more social.

Damaris Wrath has anyone noticed that a whole bunch of n00bs have been coming to places they shouldn't be yet, crewing, and then trying to level up? okay so i completely understand if they wan't to explore. i did it to when i got stuck. eventually i'd get sick of being beaten down and i'd go back to the right place and continue, all the while feeling better cuz i felt stronger. but i've met at least ten people in the last five days who come to an area, like gold beach, who piggy back on me when there like a level two! i don't like it. i love to help people but this is just parasitic! they hang back and don't do anything while kill everything for them. its ridicules. is this just me? am i crazy or is this happening to other people? Who are you to decide who should be where? It's a free world. Honestly it makes the game more realistic. Who the hell stays in the same place in real life? You want to explore even if you may be dazed. Personally I love the beach so I was trying with all my might to get to Gold Beach even when I was CL2. Nothing wrong with that AT ALL. It's a free world. |

They should add a number in the top right corner that says the max CL for the area you're in.
