Raphael blinked, clearly bemused by the response, and his ears twitched, flicking to the side. "...but..you just kissed him, right?" he asked, not expecting an answer as he was thinking out loud at the moment. Relationships were something he had little experience in; if it was not a familial relationship, he was quite clueless about the mechanics and intricacies of it.
The neko was torn between remaining in the classroom and following Zephyr when the kitsune walked out, ears pricking forward again when he heard the word "track". "Zephyr-san, wait" he called, slipping off the desk and walking out the door, stopping to the side of it. "Are you in track, by any chance?"

Syakurai laughed quietly at the blush, briefly contemplating the notion of using his own wings to fly the both of them to his house. He discarded the thought just as quickly, mildly amused amused by his own thoughts, and instead turned, the leopard pacing about the two of them. They weren't far from the center of the town, anyways. "No more trouble than the pampered little leopard" he teased, taking a sadistic amount of pleasure in the blush decorating Xarin's cheeks.
He led the angel to a gothic-styled house, his steps slowing slightly before continuing when he noticed the the faint glow surrounding the figure standing before the house nearest to his. Another angel. It seemed as though this town was infested with light-oriented creatures...
Syakurai calmly allowed some of his own power to slip out, wrapped tightly around him so that it would not disturb Xarin. While it certainly wasn't enough to trigger the shift into his more demonic appearance, it would alert the angel that he was there.

Syakurai nodded at the response, considering possible responses before he finally held out a hand to Xarin in an invitation. He noticed the angel flying off - the glow was ridiculously bright from his perspective, even from the corner of his eye - and filed the information away as he made his offer. "...if you wish, you can stay with me for now. I live alone, anyways."
The demon hid a small smile at Xarin's blush. Though he had refrained from mingling with light creatures in the past, it really was quite adorable on the angel. "I promise to behave" he added, a teasing smirk on his lips. The leopard purred in agreement, rubbing against the demon's legs and eliciting an amused look as Syakurai stroked its head, scratching behind an ear.

Rapahel started when Zephyr tugged on his tail, almost falling from the desk as he made a involuntarily sound - a cross between a growl and a purr, by the sound of it. His cheeks flushed slightly as his tail draped itself over this legs, kept close to his body. While it certainly wasn't an unpleasant sensation, it was a new one and the neko had been thoroughly startled by it. He missed Jaime's not-reply, though he tilted his head curiously, ears pricked forward, when Zephyr kissed the usagi.
"...are you two together?"

Syakurai nodded, eyes going back to Xarin. it had been some time since Kira had made itself - himself? - known and it was always a rather unnerving experience, unable to fully control his own body. "I'm fine." He tilted his head upward, the rain falling onto his face as his eyes raked across the stormy sky. "...the storm's growing" he observed, looking at Xarin again. The leopard rose to its feet, twining around Xarin's legs and rubbing its head against a leg before padding over the Syakurai again, ears pressed against its head. For all its loyalty, the feline disliked the rain and made its displeasure known, mouthing a gloved hand briefly before chuffing again. Its ears flicked in the direction of what was currently serving as Syakurai's home and the demon chuckled softly, scratching behind an ear. "Soon" he murmured to the feline, garnering a pleased rumbling noise in response.
His eyes raked over Xarin again and Syakurai quietly hummed, the noise almost inaudible as he considered his options. While he appreciated storms, he was not fond of remaining in them for too long. "...do you have somewhere to stay?" A flicker of movement at the corner of his eye caught the demon's attention and he stepped to the side of a can blown by the wind.

Raphael grinned slightly - Jaime's reaction was too amusing, he couldn't help but react - and he entered the classroom as well, tail swishing behind him and almost brushing against Zephyr's leg as he picked a desk, sitting on the very edge and crossing his legs. "Why so defensive if nothing was occuring?"
The neko was genuinely curious; he had never seen such behavior before (though, to be fair, much of the behavior the kitsune and the usagi had displayed thus far were new to him)

"..Syakurai. My name is Syakurai." He reached out, running a hand down the leopard's back and feeling the muscles rippling under short fur. The amusement he felt was evident when he spoke again, his voice dropping slightly. "Is that so? Well, then...I'm afraid you've only met the brutes who give us such a...undesirable reputation."
For a moment, his crimson eyes darkened, taking on the color of dried blood. It soon passed and the demon shrugged slightly, raising his voice to be heard above a peal of thunder. "Few of us associate with creatures" he freely admitted. He closed his eyes at the flash of lightning behind Xarin, opening them at the next flash. One was crimson, the other the color of dried blood, and his voice took on a low purr when he spoke. "But...they can be quite loyal if acquired when young. Even such a proud creature..."
Syakurai closed his eyes again, the leopard rumbling quietly as he did so. Kira. Without Astaroth around, there was little to catch his alter-ego's attention and it willingly relinquished control to him. He blinked, eyes crimson again; the feline's eyes flicked to the side and he glanced over as well, seeing the angel there.

Syakurai laughed softly as the leopard purred, leaning forward to butt its head against the angel's leg. "He is" the demon agreed. "And he's spoiled rotten." The leopard chuffed and he quirked an eyebrow at it, amused. The angel's sneeze brought his attention back to him and Syakurai shrugged in response to the question, the white coat he wore sliding half-off his shoulders at the action. "You've given me no reason to" he pointed out. "Regardless of what is taught there, we are not all bloodthirsty brutes."
He paused, eyes raking over the angel once before he slipped the coat off, holding it out toward the angel. He had no need of it - the black shirt he wore, patterned in gold, was more than enough to keep him warm and he did have another. "...take it. You look cold."

Syakurai blinked, bemused. There were three creatures of light in this place? And yet, he hadn't noticed any of them until now, when they were before his eyes... "Strange" he murmured to himself, taking a step forward. He almost laughed, stifling the sound at the last moment with a gloved hand, when one of the creature of light - an angel - made as though to fly away but instead almost knocked the other over. That wasn't a reaction he had seen before; the last few angels he had encountered either fled in a more discrete manner or challenged him. It was, he decided, something of a welcome change, though he had yet to discover why angels fled from him when he did nothing.
The demon was torn between approaching the two angels and remaining where he was; while light and dark were diametric opposites, he wasn't completely heartless and one of the angels looked as though he was in bad shape. The decision was taken from him when the leopard beside him tensed before darting off toward the pair of angels. Syakurai followed, catching up with the feline as it came to a halt by the blond angel and sat, tail lazily swishing on the wet pavement. "Behave" he murmured, the feline flicking an ear in his direction in response. "...apologies for his behavior." It wouldn't hurt to be polite to the angels, he mused. The only orders he had been given before coming to Earth was to observe.

The darkening sky, full of clouds promising another storm, garnered a vaguely interested look from Syakurai as he walked through the streets of the town, having come from the forest. By his side, the black leopard, no longer the cub he had first discovered, prowled, occasionally nudging his hand with its head. He brushed his gloved fingers over short fur, eliciting a rumbling purr from the feline in response. He had just sent his latest report, indicating that there was little activity in the town at the moment - though, unless he was quite mistaken, it appeared that there was a creature of the light walking in his direction. The glow, however faint, was still there and he stilled, instinct warring with his own will before the latter won.
Beside him, the leopard tensed, muscles rippling under its coat before a few strokes calmed it. "Hush" he murmured, eyes surveying the approaching being as he filed away this new tidbit of information for his next report. He looked up again as a few droplets of rain fell, the large cat making its displeasure at the rain known with a quiet yowl as its tail lashed, ears pressing flat. The feline remained where it was, however contrary the action was to its instincts; Syakurai made note of it and reminded himself to reward his pet when he returned home. There was a dim flash of light in the sky, hidden behind the layers of clouds; thunder rumbled and the demon smiled.
