Hello Barton. It would seem after a long break I have finally wormed my way back onto the board. Admittedly it has been a while since I have role-played via Gaia online, but I am sure my skills are still up to par with most everyone on this site. I am going to keep this short and sweet. Bypass the long overdrawn paragraphs about different pointless things and cut straight to the point. At the moment I am searching mainly for Yaoi/BL[homosexual] role plays though I am willing to do a few hetero ones if you are able to convince me. Please do not assume I will know you want to do a hetero Role play. If you send me a pm asking me to role play I will assume you are asking for yaoi. I am searching for a partner that is able to keep up and/or surpass me when it comes to post length. I want to be able to write, it is fun for me and I hope for you as well. I can only do this if you help me though. So I would like each post to be at least five paragraphs long if not longer. I will warn you. It can be hard to keep my attention with a role-play. If I like it to start with and you stop posting for a few days by the time you get back I may no longer be as inspired as I was. I want someone that is able to change that! Someone that is able to grab my attention and hold it. So far I have only found one person that has been able to do such. Said person and myself have been role playing for going on two and a half years now…I want that to be us if at all possible. It is a hard feat to accomplish, but I have faith that someone out there shall be able to do it! Because of this I want only original stories. Stories that grab my attention and make me want to cling to them. Characters as well, I am open minded and understand a lot of things. But a character should not be two dimensional. Give them three dimensions make them live, make them cry, make them happy or angry. Give them emotions where emotions belong. This being said though, don’t overdo it either. A good role play can be killed just as easily with too much emotion as it can with not enough. I want characters that you could actually believe are real people. I will give a small list below on the things I will and will not role play. My do list shall consist of genres I am currently craving only not everything I will and can do. So if it is not on my list then please feel free to ask about it. x -- means I will not. ✔ -- Means I will. x - - Vampires ✔ - - Medieval x - - School of any kind [ Unless you can put an interesting spin on it, no. ] x - - Series roleplay x - - Instant love. [Love—Not lust. Lust is a different story. A character may lust after another at first, but no love. Love requires time.] ✔ - - Magic/ different species types ✔ - - Fantasy type role plays x - - Furry/anthro [Much love to all my furry friends, because I do have a few, but I don’t really want to do this time of role play. Sorry] ✔ World wars [1, 2 or a new one] ✔ Royalty [can be medieval or no] Anything no listed that you may want to do just ask about. On a side note I am willing to do hetero role plays as well a homosexual role plays. Though I tend to favor the homosexual ones over the hetero don't feel hesitant to ask. I am able to play both genders perfectly well. |
