I think we're all a bit too upset over this.
First, let's think about how this is a game.
On the internet.
And how even if we don't get the skin, we still have lives in the real world.
And then we go "Oh, okay, it's not so bad."
And we don't report people who are trying to make a point.
And we don't yell at the hard-working developers.
And we chill.
