"And a-one, and a-two, and..." The elliptical bubble glowed a bright flash of pink, red, and blue. "Fun time!" Garjen exclaimed as the world around her and her opponent swirled enough to possibly induce vertigo.

All right, keeping the legacy. smile

"Yes, you do! You've got this superhero thing down, don't you?~" Out of the small pocket came a tiny, clear jar with liquid inside. Garjen dipped her fingers in it. "Now this is going to get really fun!' she exclaimed, whipping out her hand and running circles around her opponent while she could, a long bubble forming around him.

Garjen hurriedly summoned a large shield bubble; however, the wave's arrival shoved it back a good few meters, knocking down a lamp pole before the bubble stopped. It quickly melted around her, and Garjen stepped out, wiping a drip of blood from her mouth, then licking it off her hand. "Y'know, blood really doesn't taste that bad... Wonder why everyone always makes such a big deal about it? Oh, well~" She sped back toward her opponent and flicked a small container on her belt open.

Hey, Magnum! In a few weeks, when I leave Gaia, you will inherit my account. Should I change the username when I give it to you?

Before she could scream something about it being such a personal question, Talon bit her tongue. It's about time...About time someone knew.
"Well," she started with a sigh, "he is wanted just as much as me. J-Jeremy and I were... the only two bird kids created after the...prototype, so to speak. They...the scientists, that is...had only us to," She paused, "experiment on," she finished bitterly.
"But one day, Jeremy and I decided to escape. It was the only thing we could ever think of doing for the next few days, and soon we had it all planned out. Once I was taken out of my cage, I would take care of the two whitecoats and sprint to Jeremy's cage. I'd slash his open, and we'd run away together." She sighed. "But...in the end, once we had finally escaped..." she subconsciously trailed off.

Garjen barely managed to dodge the sword, which still managed to chop off a chunk of hair. "Am I going to have to pay you for that?" She smiled, putting up both arms to block the kick, though it still sent her flying. "Oof!" She collided with the almost nonexistent windowsill. "What, no sense of humor?" she managed to get out before she coughed. [[I wonder how far those bubbles are going to go before they pop...?]]

[[Uh, sorry everyone, but I will be leaving Gaia soon... Once I give the heads-up, feel free to kill off my characters... XP

"I was being careless," Talon sighed, slowing down a bit as the two drew closer to the penthouse. "But I swear, they'll do anything to get me back. For their d*mn research." She subconsciously snarled. "It's not like I'd want them to make more... bird girls... but it would give them a break from chasing after me and Jere-" She abruptly stopped. "J-Jeremy," she finished quietly, silently proceeding to the "tower".

"Hmm, I dunno," Garjen sang. She looked up her purple sleeve. "Nope, nothing! That's what it looks like~" She pounced on a high windowsill to avoid the waves, but came crashing down once it destroyed her post. "Well, doesn't look like that's going to work!" She stood up, sweeping off her palms. "How about we keep going, then?" The girl waved her arm rapidly, sending two blue bubbles toward her opponent.
