OMG...i feel your pain completely, hon. I feel like im going to vomit...and it all tries to come out of everyway possible. I would take some medicine, an get a heating pad to use. Stretching actually doess help better than curling up in a ball too. but at walmart there are these things calle thermapatches for cramps. they are amazing.
