I played all three G.U. games.
IMOQ seems to be so hard to find nowadays, so I haven't played those.
I went through a phase of extreme .hack fandom, it's over now but I still like the franchise as a whole. A pity that if it were to be a real MMO, the field system (and lack of other game content) would probably make it unsuccessful though.

I like how this ignores kinda ignores PC/MMO games.
I'm currently playing Aion. Dragon Age looks interesting, but I probably won't be getting it right at release (which is... lol tomorrow) Looking forward to Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2. Definitely buying both games at release, and a collector's edition for GW if possible. |

I'm not sure on the details, but players with either 64-bit operating systems or RAM above 2 GB (read: high end systems) seem to be the ones getting the most crashes. The combat log field is two radar ranges long. I was on a PvP server on WoW for some time, but I'm still by and far a "run first think later" type player. Caution or cowardice? You decide. Large fanbases in general are annoying. Heck, I dislike most of the "popular" animes with large followings mostly because the fans ruined it for me. It's not the series to blame... it's the people and that god awful herd mentality. [. . .] |

I really wonder how I managed to not notice this thread for so long. OT: I actually solo quite a bit, provided that the island I'm on isn't controlled by the opposite faction at the time. I've spent some time setting up combat and enemy logs, which is a great help. The downside to that is that I grow a bit lax and stop rotating my minimap field of view, which is a bad thing since not all classes have to precast buffs before they move in for the kill and I can't depend entirely on the combat logs. Not a fan of fort sieges because of the lag, but it's fun to grab some guildies and go roaming looking for people to pick off. [. . .] |
