Stop Him Duncan_spier yeah bad pic just bad...... Maybe - and then there's the above... rofl That's not a critique. eek confused That's just someone randomly commenting negatively. A natural, fitting reaction would be: rolleyes + ignore comment. xd A critique's a helpful, insightful comment that both shows a flaw in a picture with suggestions to help guide as well as a compliment (on parts that are liked) to give the artist a pull upwards. They're certainly better than someone trying to beat you down. In any case... I think this picture's good in itself. 3nodding It's nice. I get what you mean about it not affecting the way you draw or color though... finished works are meant to be showcased somehow I guess. 3nodding It's only natural to want a complete piece to be appreciated rather than picked apart sometimes... |

1) All the characters of a comic should be flawless. And when I say flawless, I mean FLAWLESS. Be it their perfect timing, perfect looks, perfect girlfriend/boyfriend, perfect home, perfect car, perfect manners, perfect parents, perfect clothes, perfect conduct, perfect [removed](insert perfect everything else) - it should be perfect, shiney, sparkly, right on the dot. He/She learns quickly (almost instantly) too, adapts to new environments within seconds, and fits in comfortably everywhere the instant they get there. The characters must have absolutely no human weaknesses; sickness and death is a thing of the unknown. And he/she knows at least 265 different languages. He/She is godlike, powerful, all-out invincible. And that itself would make the storyline and everything in it perfect, and that's why everyone should read the perfect book.
In a nutshell: [Certain] Human nature and limitations in comics is overated and therefore should be overlooked. 3nodding (This may be repeated because of the cliche. I mean I seem to see this everywhere in comics. confused ) |
