She couldn't see him, but Saga smiled brightly. "That's great then! I'll be right over to grant, so think of something you really really want, okay? Bye now! You should see me in few seconds!" He hung up, and then stretched as he stood up from his station.
Every goddess had a preferred method of travel, using an object or a medium. Saga preferred using light fixtures. Well, just plain light technically, but since light fixtures were a common source of light nowadays... that was his common explanation.
Saga clapped his hands together and closed his eyes, and instantly vanished.
He reappeared in Charlie's room, first as little glittering lights, then looking like a hologram or a ghost, before he was completely solid.
"Hello! My name is Saga!"

"Ugh..." Saga rolled his eyes at the dial tone, and hit the redial button. He tapped his foot impatiently, waiting for Charlie to pick up again. If she didn't, well, then Saga would just have to drop in a little earlier than he thought he would. "C,mon now Charlie," he coaxed, even though there was no one else at the other end of the line. "Pick up the phone, you can do it! Just answer the phone, and don't hang up, please."

Saga smiled when Charlo- no, Charlie picked up the phone and answered. Rather than read directly reading from a written script, he had committed it to memory. People could hear it in your voice, if you were reading off of something.
"Thank you for calling the Goddess Relief Agency," he began in his undeniably not-female voice. "We have received and processed your request for a consultation, and your designated god or goddess-" (that was the part he had added to his own script) "-will arrive to meet you shortly!"

Above in the snowy sky, a star glinted, then blinked out entirely.
At the Relief Agency, Saga picked up his phone and began to dial. Out of the whole team of goddesses, he was the only god, considered a boy among women by some. But he was powerful, and he never failed to grant a wish.
A young girl was his next client. A little mirror floated to Saga's eye level, and he watched the girl lie in bed as he magically dialed her phone from Heaven. She looked so sad, so bored. Saga looked down at the file Yggdrasil brought up. Her name was Charlotte Izabel ose -- no, wait, Charlotte has been crossed out, and Charlie scribbled in above it.

Saga is kind and friendly, and tries to maintain a composed and professional exterior. Really, he's a soft romantic with a vengeful streak.

Saga has gone through all of Goddess Relief training. Despite the name of the program, he is in fact an fully accredited god, with one of the most powerful licenses out there - first class, unlimited. However, he's still not that experienced, as he is a relatively young god compared to the other goddesses at his license level.

The Goddess Relief Agency was created by Heaven with the purpose of making the people of Earth happy. Goddesses will appear before worthy people, and grant them a wish. Wishes are then filed as contracts onto Yggdrasil, a magical supercomputer that supports the world.
And once upon a time, the best goddess Heaven had was called to grant a wish to a young man named Keichii. Believing it all to be an elaborate prank, he demanded that the goddess, Belldandy, be his girlfriend forever.
She accepted the terms of the contract.
But this story is not about Keichii and Belldandy.
This story is about a girl, and a god. Believe it or not, not all the goddesses are female.
