My mother and father had split up when I was ten years old; they had been married for fourteen years. No one really understood why they had split, but then again, no one had really cared. Once they split up, I lived with my mother, and we moved all of over Europe until I was about sixteen. Then I put my foot down, and told her that I wanted to live somewhere for more than a few months. We came back to Cannes, where my original home was, and I lived there until I graduated from school; then I realized that Cannes wasn't the place for me. Paris was. I've lived in Paris for four years, and I have no intention of leaving any time soon. »»-----------------it's the little things. The reason I chose to live with my mother when I was ten was because my father wasn't close to me at all. I preferred my mother, and whenever I could, I liked to spend time with her. She had understood me for the most part. I am a photographer, but I don't shoot models; I prefer scenery. I find it much easier to be around, rather than those anorexic drug-addicted models that complain about everything. Photography has been my passion since I was eleven; when my mother bought me my first camera. I taught myself how to speak English even though my mother didn't approve. I almost dropped out of school when I was sixteen. I read too much and don't write enough. I find beauty everywhere; even in the ugliest of places. I enjoy speaking French to confuse people who do not speak it. I love tattoos. Spiders scare me dearly. I'm not a fan of heights; especially in airplanes. I have a phobia of escalators; I always take the stairs or an elevator, if possible. I'm very different. »»-----------------the alternate universe. My friends think that I'm gay because I haven't had a girlfriend in a very long time because our relationship had ended badly, and we were engaged. I'm very reserved and don't go to clubs, I prefer those quiet cafés. I drink my coffee black, but usually I'm more of a tea person. I have quite a few tattoos and I plan on getting more soon. I respect women more than most men do; I don't call women hot, ever. I find it offensive to them, which would, of course, make me seem even more gay when I'm straight. Very straight. Layleeah
