Eyes of the Demon [Semi-Lit/Medieval Fantasy] NEED PEOPLE Go to post 5027 Barton Town Mon Apr 27, 2009 8:33 am
"Ugh..." The man proclaimed silently with his right hand placed on the back of his neck while he rolled his head from one side to the next letting out a series of cracks. In a way he was relaxing but that soon came to a stop once the scent of blood came across his nose. Those lovely golden eyes of his narrowed and he sighed with a soft smile. The type of smile that none could think nothing other than he was happy. That's it...just happy.

Over a series of motions he finally came across to see the sight of a being...some sort of being eating...what he could only guess as horses. Now this burdened Creft as horses were indeed a part of nature he wanted to put an end to this. Yet he was in no mood to fight so he just lifted a brow that was slightly concealed by the fabric resting on his head. This was insane for him to be so calm in a situation like this. Though he knew full well the cycle of nature for those to eat others. Creft had a soft spot in his heart for animals that didn't really know better while others hunted them. Which is why he ate demons, humans, angels or whatever he could come across that would put up a chase because they had the burn to live.

Boldly he walked closer to the pair without touching his weapons. Enough to be in eye sight before he let out a scoff and spoke up to the two there. "How incredibly boring!" He almost sounded saddened that he was so infatuated by how boring this actually was. There was a beast eating things and that was it. To a person with weak constitution this may have been exciting or terrifying, but it just bored Creft.

"You dim witted beasts. I guess...Mhm, indeed I gather that these are the sorts that caused such a uproar in the lands. Silly creatures." Narrowing his eyes again he almost laughed but held his tongue after that point.

That girl had been more than just a slight bore, and as they parted ways he knew his hunger was getting the better of him. That body of his began to twitch a little but with a calm smile he kept himself very casual about his movements. A sway to his hips that began to rock him back and forth as he moved through town. There were so many different scents within this place, but he needed a good bit of meet. So he did what any common or really up beat sort of lycan druid would have done: he went to a near by tavern, or whatever was close enough that called a lot of people into one place.

Though he carried a large weapon into the establishment there were a great deal of people who were armed so he did not stand out in a manner that would have caused him a great deal of trouble if any. On the prowl however he spotted someone who had enough meat to wet his appetite. Though he was not into the more heavy set of the fairer sex he most certainly was into having her for a meal.

So he proceeded over to her table and began his act of hunting. Taking his time to swoon her with his charm, and buying her drinks as she so pleased it took him no time at all to get her to leave with him. Soon her life would end, and all her misery that he simply assumed she was going through would be over as well.

It was quick, it was fast, but certainly not painless. A crunch, a snap, a ripping sound let the soul slip from her body as her head turned to face the wall behind her and her spinal cord was perched outside of the skin. He could smell the blood as he watched it drip from the bone down her skin. What a helpless little twit he would have thought if he had time to think before hunger finally consumed him.

Unfortunately for the Druid this woman was more fat than muscle tissue, but he got enough out of her. Letting the crimson ambrosia stain the pavement below he elegantly removed the remnants of her life from his lips and left the corpse where it lay only to toss a single yellow rose pedal onto the body and whisper. "Feed my love" Meaning nature, he was committing her to the ground in his own way.

Now those golden eyes set out on what to do with the rest of his time before he needed to substantiate his hunger again. This place was really pointless, these waring creatures were also pretty pointless. Soon enough he knew he would get caught in the crossfire. What was interesting about that was he was sort of enjoying the idea of it now.

He was not all that startled, well he wasn't startled at all once she found out where he was. In fact all he did was take a few steps back after unwantingly moving from his very comfortable sitting position. "Judging is pointless...almost as pointless as this world. I am simply a curious man. Curious about many things in this world. Most of which as to why so many are harming my love nature." When he said that nature was his love he was in no way exaggerating. He found nature to be beautiful and next to godliness.

Not moving a hand to either of his weapons he stared at her very calmly and spoke again. " I have no business with those in this mortal coil, at least none I have found as of yet. If you have no answer to my question my presence has been disposed of here and I will take my leave." Even the way this guy spoke was more than just a little bit off. They weren't riddles exactly but they surely didn't make a lot of sense the first time they were heard.

"Triffles jewels are. Triffles indeed." Creft said with a soft breath unnarrowing his eyes as the thought came across as to what he was going to do for tonight's feast. These creatures that walk around in bodies had no respect for the land they walked on so he showed no respect when he ate them.

Following in almost complete silence after this girl who appeared to be in love with jewels he only lifted a brow slightly as he listened to her words. She indeed was very strange, but he had no idea what she was as such he couldn't say she was strange. Either way it would probably only cause him trouble to keep on after her. So when she did stop and sit in the dust he took a seat on a roof not too far off in the distance. Well not too far above her really, and finally spoke up. "You don't seem like the type of person to sell those. What could you need with them?"

There it was his curiosity so thankfully she was not going to be chased for dinner tonight. At least not by him. Moreover he still did not give off that sort of air about himself. The man did not appear as much of a threat to be honest, at least not right now.

This place was silent however, far too silent for his liking. There was always something going on no matter how calm an area appeared. It worried him more to be in a calm area and know something was going on or about to happen than it did for him to be in an area where something had already sparked. At least in the case of the latter he could be better prepared.

It honestly was of no consequence though since he just stopped his forward walk and calmly turned to pass through the doors once more. With a small look back on the place he was about to leave his golden eyes saw nothing worth staying for at least not at this juncture. This was means to leave and he did so without hesitation.

His walk took him nowhere in particular, a walk that would drag on for days if left unchecked. That did tend to happen to him from time to time: walking nowhere for nothing. Yet this time was going to be a bit different little did he know. Coming across what he could only presume was a frozen person he walked up to it just as calmly as he had left the building and examined the person with narrowed eyes. This was a bit odd to say the least, then again it was nothing outside of his realm.

Those optics of his turned up rather quickly to see someone making away from the scene over a fence. Truely he had no reason to chase after the person, but his insides were burning up for a chase. Again a wolf hunts to eat so this could possibly be a bad thing for him to want to go after whomever this was. Then again he could just want to see who the person was and leave it at that. A situation which happened on numerous occasions.

Walking slowly forward before his first step was made to hit the ground he appeared lurching over the gate like an animal crawling over it and looking up toward the person who was moving rather quickly to get away. He didn't say a word or growl, or do anything of a threatening notion. Creft just moved smoothly and kept a close eye on the one he was moving after. Perhaps he was curious to know why someone would freeze creatures and not dispose of the mess, or eat them...something.

"It's pointless" The soft voice rang into the nothingness of the wind as he sat there with his right knee propped up and held to his chest by way of his right arm wrapped around it. Yes sitting there not too far from where the locals seemed to gather: that wondrous Tavern. For now his eyes were closed and they had been closed for a long time as he thought while sitting there.

To him all this destruction was ever so pointless but it was not his place to get in the way of it. In fact he believed that he would just find a way to live through all of it. Something inside of him knew that wouldn't happen. There was nothing in life that simple. When these thoughts crossed his mind his left arm began to twitch and convulse only to be quickly grasped by his right hand which held it tight. This hold was to calm it down, the more animal part of the man wished to come out and have his share of words with this world. Honestly he hated the world he was living in now, or at least this part of it with a passion. Yet it didn't show. That was how he wanted it.

His left hand opened up rather viciously and slowly closed into a fist as his golden eyes sparked open with a slow gesture. They came across lethargic and lacking any caring emotion, one might say he looked extremely tired when he was opening his eyes. Regardless of this he stood and dusted his clothing off before running his hands through his hair to fix it. While doing this he narrowed his eyes and looked down upon the Tavern from his perch before making his way toward the facility. If nothing more than for a quick meal or drink.

Going down to the front of the building he pressed the door open with a gentle lift of his left hand and flick of the wrist. That is if there was a door, but what Tavern didn't have one? There was a first time for everything of course. Walking in he said nothing to no one, but let his eyes go from one side to the next looking over every person he could.

There was honestly nothing threatening about the man other than his rather large blade that was resting on his back. The rest of him came across pretty feminine, after all he had two yellow roses strapped to the back of his hands, his clothing was a bit form fitting, well not his pants, but still. His hair was long and purple, not too manly. Looks can be very decieving though.
