I'd totally hold a bribe auction thing and roll in the gold. Then I'd pick several ideas and totally warp it into something horrible and awful just to hear them cry. But of course since I wouldn't want to feel bad for taking their gold I'd make sure one of the side poses was just what they wanted. I would make a kinkajou item for myself. |

YES. More times than you can imagine that has happened to me T ^T It usually results in me adding another colour to the avi scheme to even things out. I want a pink and brown avi more than anything in the world, but all the pink items are different shades. EVERY SINGLE ONE just about. What needs to happen is the people who do recolours need to do a sweep and add in some matching shades. |

I like the way someone else put it: People spend $2.50 on a cup of coffee that they don't need, what's the difference? I mean, that coffee is going to be gone in about two minutes, but the pixels, they are FOREVUR. That and anybody who spends $2.50 on Starbucks coffee is stupid because their cappuccino tastes like someones gym sock. Cheap gas station cappuccino ftw! My mum always complains about me buying GC. She says, "You need new pants" and I say, "******** it I'll sew up the holes." I suppose there is a point when purchasing GC becomes an addiction. I suppose I am at that point, or rather have been at that point for some time now. |

I'm a member of a fan-forum that has about 200 registered users, but only about 15 are active. It was VERY hard for me to feel okay about posting in a thread that hadn't had posts in almost two years :p I can see how necroing is okay in the small forums, but in a big place like Gaia the discussion could easily turn into a huge freaking mess with that many posts spanning over a long time. Could you imagine some post referring to the event that was going on when the user posted, and three years later someone quotes them asking them what the hell they are going on about? |

A user I know joined at the begining of the year. She has a kiki, a coco, bani's, and wanklets. And she has many more items around 100k, and enough commons to make a decent outfit. Anything is possible if you work hard enough. edit NO WAIT I'M SORRY. Her join date is June of '09 |

Shunji Sato Im not aloud to purchase things online and i cant aford the 25 dollar ones at my walmart. (They only sell 25$ ones) emo I can buy the $25 cards at walmart for $24 ;D Lowest Prices, ALWAYS. I have a job and afford my own Gaia Cash. Although I have skipped out on buying gas for my car for GC (and stalled on the side of the road in a bad rain storm). And just today I skipped out on buying new undergarments so I could get me some GC. Who needs a new bra? I'll just sew this one back up again, it's called recycling people. |

Antiq KinkaGirl Antiq It seems to affect people randomly. I haven't had one in years, and I know I zip around a lot sometimes. Maybe having several tabs open on Gaia adds to the chances. Things like opening boxes and making inks requires a lot loading, not to mention selling several items in the MP. Some areas of Gaia have way too much page loading involved. I usually have three tabs open on Gaia, the GCD, marketplace, and a random page to zip around on. I hardly ever get a warning. Even if I'm lurking the Exchange and refreshing it and the marketplace tab every five seconds. The only time I got a warning was when I hadn't done anything for at least a minute and then clicked two things. Wouldn't it be better just to make you enter a few catchpas first rather than knock you out? Ohmgawd yesssss I can hardly ever read the captchas, but I'd much rather put up with that than get a silly ban. I don't know how it could be done, like instead of loading the page it sends you to a captcha page where in order to continue you have to enter it in? Like those annoying adds on some websites where it takes up the whole ******** page and won't go away until you click it. |
