Yeah Wiis are a hot commodity...
And correct, Dead Space didn't sell anywhere near as well as EA expected (because it was released at the same time as many CRAZILY hyped up games... I think GTA4 being one of them.)

DirkDigler l p o k e m a n z l No, was it horrible?! graphically is pretty amazing for the wii but gameplay wise its a rails shooter haha yeah I have no clue why they even tried releasing that on the WII. oO How could they expect the Wii audience to buy into that game? uhhh no. lol they buy games such as Viva Pinata (which was an xbox title, I know). But games like that. not... DEAD space xD lmfao |

He doesn't. EA has already mentioned the release of a Dead Space movie to tie Dead Space 1 and 2 together. C:

EiffelTowerCiel I saw my boyfriend playing from beginning to end and finish playing that game. It took him few days though cause he had to be a good boyfriend and sleep with me :] But that game was awesome, some parts were scarier, I remember I screamed hahahaha like three times? And the ending was like.. wtf ending -__-;; That was just scary........ who was that girl again in the end? the ghost girl.. from what I think, I think she was that girl who helped you in the game, that blond short hair girl. o.o; that was so random though. The "girl" next to Isaac in the end was Nicole in reality. She was transformed into one of the aliens because of the injection she took, remember? Also, she had many cameo appearances during the game running around when you heard her chuckle and scream and that stuff (in alien form). :3 |

JadenKorr Only really two twists, the betrayal and the death. Oh, and if you put the first letters of each chapter name in order, it gives away the main plot twist (it spells "<someone> is dead" wink Well the betrayal covers A LOT. I see many plot twists within the betrayal of the partner. And ooh jeez. :] I've never heard that haha. Thanks :3 |

It breaks my heart that people don't know what a plot twist is. oO;; lol  Your partner's betrayal is the plot twist. All those parts are within the one plot twist. And your girlfriend thing I did not see as a plot twist, I thought it was obvious. Anyone would be able to pick up the fact that Nicole was an apparition in the end. Remember on the PA when she said "We can be whole again"??? Then later on you saw a zombie say "We can be whole again"?? Then she said it like FOUR HUNDRED times and you heard it from a deep scary voice like FOUR HUNDRED MORE times. Also there was one point when she flashed and you saw her skeleton structure (unless I'm on crack). But yes, it was obvious she was fake. A plot twist within a plot twist is still a plot twist. If certain events did NOT happen, the ending would have been drastically different. |

Crunkiss DirkDigler Crunkiss IMO, when its predictable its not a plot twist. They are supposed to surprise the player/viewer, but when I'm not, I don't classify it as one. well your pretty smart then because i didnt see anything too predictable No, I just watch a ******** load of movies and play too many games. They're easy to pick up after time. Because you don't find it to be surprising, doesn't NOT make it a plot twist. A plot twist is a plot twist even if a rock could figure it out (at that point, it's a horrible plot twist). The game was filled with twists. I JUST played it 12 hours straight today, and I would know. |

If you're thinking of Nicole being the apparition as the only plot twist, think back. Your partner (forget her name) killing the guy (forget his name) who was going to leave the ship with you. Your partner showing up and taking the red crystal majig before you got a chance to return it. The partner girl being killed by the monster allowing you instead to get on the ship and escape. Those are three in the last 15 minutes or so of the game. Maybe you don't consider those plot twists, but I sure as hell do. oO;; Something that alters the story of the game is what I view as a plot twist. |
