History:
thirty years ago after the capital city of thel' agon was destroyed due to a fight between several magic users the use of all magic was outlawed by the council of twelve cities. Magic users and magical creatures everywhere were hunted down and slaughtered. The few that survived hid far and deep hoping to escape from the bountyhunters while others are out for revenge.

Rumors of strange creatures that stalk around cities at night have been spreading like a wildfire, some believe they are the work of a group of wizards called the retributioners. While others believe there are more sinnister powers behind all this. Whatever they are they've made this a time of terror and uncertainty.

aditional information:
-Every magic user can only use one type of magic (ex:fire, earth, water, air, death, etc...) also the character of the magic user usually reflects the type he uses.
-Gunslingers are an elite police force tasked with the elimination of any remaining magic users. They always carry sappers which negate their target's magical abilities.
-tech-engineers: When the comforts of magic faded away some people started developing a strange new technology called autotech. nobody knows how the autotech contraptions actually do what they're supposed to do but not a lot of people really care anyway.

Appearance: He has short black hair which is always in disarray, usually wears a long dark grey hooded coat. He has a scar across his left eye. He wears a chocker and two bracelets beset with runes.
Bio: He was born after "the slaughtering" and didnt know he had special powers untill at the age of 15 he set one of his friends on fire in a fit of rage. He was able to flee the town alive but not without losing the use of his left eye. He has travelled the world ever since trying to make up for what he did. 2 years ago he found the old hideout of a powerfull wizard and discovered a lot of books describing magical artifacts of which he crafted himself a few. Thanks to these artifacts and his mastery of a few close combat styles he has been able to stay a few steps ahead of the gunslingers and bountyhunters determined to take him down.
