//PIXEL ARTIST WANTED
Hi, we are looking for a talented and highly available pixel artist for our shop.
The pixelist will only be in charge of providing us with commissioned pieces we will be using as decorations & shop graphics - nothing you draw will ever be re-sold for profit. Please fill out the form in the next post if interested.
We mainly need someone experienced in architectural drawing - someone who has samples of buildings or homes they have drawn in the past. We are only looking for the best, so if you're new to pixelling or have mediocre skills, please do not apply.
Payment: We will pay on a project-to-project basis. Though you will form part of our shop and will be credited as such, you will not have access to any mule accounts or private shop information and will not have any shop obligations except the projects you'll be working on. Payment will vary depending on the complexity of the task, but we always pay very heartily.
Later, if the artist wants to make the commitment to form a permanent part of our shop they can and will receive a monthly percentage of our profits.
Some examples of the projects we have which need to completed are:
- A total of 10 buildings [isometric or non-isometric] with fantasy themes. Descriptions will be provided, the artist would have mostly free reign. This is the first project we need done in 3-4 months. Pay can be up to 600k per building.
A total of 10 small original character images - shop NPCs and shop staff. The shop artist will provide you with sketches. All you have to do is color them.
Small miscellaneous graphics to accompany our storyline [20-30].
Characteristics we're looking for:
- Someone responsible & timely who respects deadlines: we know real things get in the way of Gaia at times, but taking 6 months to do a job that takes one week won't be tolerated.
Someone who is a regular here & maintains open communication: we do not want to wonder where someone went in the middle of a project period.
PREFERABLY someone who isn't tied down to another active shop. We will be issuing this person a pretty large workload in the next coming months and we do not want too many delays.
