There isn't one.

If you received your rings after December 8th, 2008, your rings were received as soulbound, and could not be traded, sold in the Marketplace, or given as a gift. The rings you see in the marketplace at ridiculous prices are rings received by the earlier players. There is no way to get rid of the soulbind, and no way around it.

Try setting the filter thing to show unlisted items. They probably is, but nobody is selling it.

It might be that your computer is just slow. It also could that there may be a lot of people, and the server's having trouble loading.

I really do hope that you get your case looked into: a real life friend of mine was hacked recently, and is still depressed about it. It sucks, and sucks for your old friends, because everything they knew to be you isn't. Keeping the file number will definitely help. Good luck! <3

It isn't in the Profile Theme Override page, it's in Preferences.

In Account Preferences, it's underneath "Timezone" in very small letters.

This only works for classic profiles, though.

That's a fairly simple css thing: however, I don't know how to do styling. I'd recommend looking a couple of profile shops in the Mini Shop Forums, look for someone who does V2 profiles, and ask their help.
