Personally, i like Fitness. When I get a break in my battles, I regain 10 stamina kneeling at a time, really fast, with Fitness. I don't play with it off often, but the regen was much less without it. Of course, I don't use Divinity, and I'm always trying to solo shewolf so I don't have TIME to stand still to get Div to work.
But yeah, I think that you do need some defense. I don't leave the Null without Potlid.

Azreal's Trickbox. It was about the last item to be found, I believe. I think it's so rare because Gaia doesn't want anyone to have Cat items.

The second bridge for the Three Bridges quest is actually the far right bridge, near Barton. The middle bridge is the Lanterns, which will only spawn at night. That's the last bridge you'll be going to.

I'm operating under the assumption that it ends the 6th or 7th.

I dunno about the first question, but if you kill the baddies in the portals, you get item drops, and occasionally recipes and the pumpkin items from the chests. that, and it's a good challenge to see how long you can go before your completely out of stamina. (ran out as a 1.0 on her last Vampire run)

Go to the Nulll chamber. the same menu you used to supress will allow you to unsupress when you're in the null.

really? people are lagging? I've been in Bass'ken, and have encountered little to no lag. Giftbox night patrols, I have encountered far too many times, but lag? Not so much. No lag for me in the portals, either.

Did they REALLY have to buff the Gifboxes before this event? I've seen a group of two take on a group of three werewolves and win handily, but an entire screen get dazed by two of the night patrol. there were at least 8 people on that screen. I didn't think to count.
