They do, especially the thick black kind. You know, the nerdy style. I think those are cute. whee
But they charge you a fortune for a little bit of glass and plastic. gonk

I prefer contacts, but I always keep glasses around for encase my contacts are irritating my eye or for encase I accidentally lose one (rubbing eyes bad. heh.).

If your eyes water up or if you're crying, will your contacts come out your eyes? Because when I was at the doctor's yesterday, I almost started crying because my mom wouldn't let me get grey contacts, and she knew I really wanted them. But I stopped myself because I didn't want the contact to fall out. sweatdrop

Oh, and Cookie Dough Queen, if you live in the US, you might want to avoid eating Nestle cookie dough for a while until they resolve the whole E. Coli situation.


Everyone says my glasses give me this professional look, and they were right! But I still don't like my glasses.

Yeah, I heard about that! But no worries, I haven't eaten cookie dough in months. I kind of miss the stuff. crying

Ha ha! I didn't really see the outline of my glasses, but sometimes I did, and I would think, "What the hell was that?!" I would think it was some weird thing running at the corner of my eye. xd

I went to the eye doctor yesterday at my local Wal-Mart to get some contacts. I got a clear pair, one blue, and one grey to try them out for a week. I've gotten tired of my glasses, and are beginning to see them as a hassle. It's a little hard for me to put my contacts in (It took me fifteen to twenty minutes a while ago to put in the clear ones!), but I'm sure I'll get better as the week passes. I'll still keep my glasses if I do get contacts though, because I'll wear them on days I'm not going anywhere. If I get them, I can only get clear ones at the time being, because my parents don't want me to get colored ones. (Damn, and the grey ones look really nice on me. crying ) They said if I want colored contacts, I have to pay for them with my own money. I don't see how that's gonna happen, when I don't even have a job. neutral

So LD, which do you prefer? Glasses or contacts? I find contacts a lot more convenient. I just have to remind myself not to fall asleep with them in. sweatdrop
