xxTerraDarkxx Well I was in a crew. there was one member that was 9+ and the other two were 8.5+ Just an fyi. Oh... well then that last update really did screw up this game... a total charge limit AND a messed up drop rate? I understand that this MMO is different form other MMO's, but I have never heard of one that punished people for taking in more then they can chew (other then getting badly hurt, of course). |

Cuatela So you say. I was there at 7.4, and I didn't get anything except from chests. Then you were in a crew with people with low drop rates in there. I guarantee you that you get rewarded a lot more for killing enemies that are yellow or red. |

xxTerraDarkxx I was there at lvl 7.9 but i was not getting any drops. nothing at all! D: So yeah, what's the lowest CL you would start getting good drops at? Having a lower CL does not reduce the chance of getting drops, but instead INCREASES it. Some of the guides will tell you otherwise, but that is because they are confusing it with the crew drop rates. When you are in a crew with people that get low drop rates, then you will also get low drop rates. At 10.0, you get almost nothing in there. Your best bet would be to crew up with two people that are 9.5, and NO MORE. More people in your crew will spawn more enemies. |

Wretched_Rian Recipes, Ok so how do you get the item for a recipe? i feel like an idiot for not knowing considering i am halfway through the game. But i wan t to know how yo get an item for a COMPLETE recipe. HALP MEH It's pretty simple, really... once you get a recipe, head into Back Alley Bargains and on to the exchange page. The-Rockett Is 4.4 Too high? Axe heads are from... Outlaw Pups, right? Whatever the case is, I am 100% sure that 4.4 is ok for that. When I did that quest, all my attack rings were CL 10, so just having one ring on would put me at like... 4.5 I think it was... so I could not heal myself. But yeah, I put my CL to 5.0 when killing Outlaw Pups to get loot, but I had to kill fast... |

A Purple Duckie omg I remember animation shop pro biggrin I used that awhile ago. Optimization screws your image up? If you show me what it looks like saved I can probably help you. Dissolve is a pixellated effect so if you use it it will be pixelled Imagine the dissolve effect without the pixelation... as it goes from Din to Farore, there is a 100% opaque Farore in the background. As it goes from Farore to Nayru, it has a Nayru in the background, and so on. I might as well go back to fiddling with it some more... I think I did found a way to work around the glitch a while ago... and I am NOT making like... 60 images using GIF... Make 3 layers with Din, Farore, and Nayru, then duplicate Din and Farore. Give Farore 5% transparency and give Din 95% transparency, and merge those two layers together. Repeat with 10%/90% then 15/85 and so on until you get a transition. Quickest way I could find, and it is more mind numbing then this: Timotei! EDIT OMG I just read a lil about GIF images, cuz something seemed a bit... odd... and I was RIGHT! Apparently with GIF images, the pixels are either transparent or not. There is no partial transparency... so I will have to pick a background and stick with it. Might as well go white... or I might do a different color... hmmm... I might be able to use the dissolve effect with many more frames... well it seems I figured it all out ^_^ I might head back in here for some replies... |

Markup I usually use GIMP for making animated GIFs. OH HEY, I HAVE THAT... as I am working with some stuff here, can you come up with a quick and easy set of directions on how to do that? I only used GIMP to edit logos for a game a couple years ago, so I probably have no idea how to work with stuff on there... |

I am looking for the BEST program for editing animated GIF images. I have been using Animation Shop Pro, but it keeps asking me to optimize everything I do before it saves, and that usually messes up the entire thing. Can anybody provide me with any suggestions for a better program, or perhaps tell me how to save GIF images on Animation Shop Pro 3 without optimizing?
My main goal is to get these 3 images to fade into eachother, just like the image in my signature. When Animation Shop Pro 3 optimizes the GIF image, the transitions have the next image in the background during the transition. In other words, when going from Din to Farore, there is a Farore in the background during the transition. EDIT Apparently the issue is the fact that GIF images cannot have partial transparency. The pixels are either transparent, or they are not. The Fade effect did that... so there are two methods I can use. I can use the Dissolve effect instead, which is very pixelated, or I can use error diffusion or whatever when optimizing the GIF image, which is almost eh same as dissolve, but a bit more appealing. |

Technowraith Try double checking the physical wire connections to the speakers, especially the left and right connections as well as the plug to the back of the computer. A loose cable can cause loss of operation in the left or right channel of the speaker or headphone. You may also want to open the Sound options in the control panel and double check the volume levels and the mutes. It sounds like you've updated your sound drivers to their latest versions. You may also want to try reinstalling the game in question. And a note: I have a soundblaster sound card that also shows up as a EMUxxKx Audio processor. The ctaud2k.sys is the correct driver for this sound card, even though it is branded as a soundblaster compatible sound card. It's obvious the connections from my headphones/speakers to my computer are not the problem, since I DID mention that everything but videos play just fine. I know for a fact that the issue is the driver that I installed, since I am ok again with the driver I had before that. With the WORKING driver installed (may not be updated), it says my sound card is Creative SB Live! Value (WDM) and my driver is emu10k1m.sys. With these, everything but the game works fine. |
