A few moments after the Oni left, Bloom felt her power complety leave her and began to fall to the ground in unconciousness. Meanwhile the shields dissolved into the air.

Bloom happily nodded "yeah" and headed into the cooking den, glad she could help out, even if it was just a little. Her two dogs followed her into the room, where she quickly found everything she needed. She got to work starting up the fire while Sparky and Puffle watched from a distance.

Bloom worriedly heard Zazie's cry, wanting to help but not knowing how. Suddenly a bit of light caught on the locket she wore around her neck and caught her eye. She gazed off for a brief moment as a memory from a forgotten past became clear in her mind. She gently placed Mokona on the ground then suddenly shouted "everyone! No matter what happens continue to fight this thing!" She then clasped her hands together like she was praying, closed her eyes, and began to mumble what sounded like complete nonsense.

Suddenly her entire body began to glow a soft pink color. A moment later, everyone in the area became encased in indivdual soft pink dome-like transparent shields, except for the Oni. Bloom was too busy concentrating on what she was doing to say anything anymore, but she hoped her earlier statement would keep them all fighting, for she knew that these shields couldn't be breached from the outside, but that someone could attack from inside.

A moment later a small wall of pink began to rise around Bloom's legs, attempting to form a shiled for herself, yet it quickly sank back down to the ground. Bloom was using up all her energy to keep her firends safe, but she didn't know how long she could last. She hoped the fight would be finished soon, though, for she knew that when she used up all her enegy she was going to faint.

Bloom continued to stand by the window lost in her thoughts and unaware of anyone or anything around her. That it, until a stray beam of sunlight struck the locket she wore around her neck and brought her attention back to it. She held it in her hand and watched sparkles of light dance on its surface while in her mind she was trying to remember something that she could almost put her finger on.

Something brushed against her leg, interrupting her thoughts. She looked down, dropping the locket back against her neck, and saw her two dogs sitting patiently at her feet. She knelt down and petted them both, then looked over to where Fai and Kurogane where standing. She petted her dogs one more time, then stood up and walked over to the two asking "whats going on? Anything I can help with?"

Bloom, Mokona still in her arms, stayed near Fai and Zazie as she quietly listened to the conversation taking place. She wished she could remeber at least one human being from her past, so that she could at least miss them. The only one close enough to be her "family" was Phee-chan, who she had left in Yuko's care. For a brief moment her heart grew heavy because she missed her friend dearly, but a moment later she was back to her cheerful shelf, for she knew she would one day meet her friend again.

Bloom saw Miku appear infront of Lily and Kamui, but had heard Lily say that she would not harm the girl, so Bloom remained where she was. However she was alert and ready to intervene if something were to happen.

Bloom, posessing excellent hearing, the ability to read lips, and standing so close to Fai, was able to hear Zazie's offer. She made sure Zazie could see her and whispered "I would like to come as well." She then turned and smiled at Lily and her doll before saying "that's a very nice name for a very nice doll."

Bloom walked to Lily and asked "Lily, are you alright?" before noticing the blood on her cheek. She put a hand on her shoulder again, only this time it was to help steady her balance. She looked over at the group and said "there's blood on her face." She looked over at Kamui and Sunobara and asked "is there a place where she could at least lie down?"

Bloom let go of Lily, since the girl appeared to be alright, and walked over to stand next to Fai, a smile gracing her face. "The feeling's likewise," she replied to Kamui. She looked around a little more before adding "this place...Outo you called it? Its very beautiful."

Bloom stood on the sidelines not wanting to interrupt, but something was telling her that something was up. Her suspicions became reality when she saw Lily holding her head. she walked over to the girl and put a comforting hand on her shoulder, while continuing to hold Mokona with the other hand.

She turned to face Kamui and said "sorry. We haven't been properly introduced. I'm Bloom, and this young girl is Lily," she looked down at Lily before continuing, "and this is Mokona." She looked over at the creature she held.

Bloom was about to introduce herself to the newcomers when Lily suddenly attacked the girl who had called herself Miku. Bloom could only stand there and watch, she didn't know what to do, but she was very suprised when Miku went flying through a nearby tree instead of crashing into it. Bloom stood and watched while thinking over several ways and reasons to break up the fight.
