The last time I saw you, you were really obsessed with Naruhina. Even creating a anti NaruSaku thread. Or at least I think that was you.. Whatever.

Dude, you can't tell if Sakura still LOVES Sasuke. Yes, she cares for him..like how she cares for everyone else. But she barely KNEW him. She only cares for him. Helping Naruto because she doesn't want to be useless anymore.

Obviously, everyone can tell that's for comedy relief....

Just stop.

You never forget your first love, your first crush. Sakura will always hold Sasuke in a special place in her heart, with a special tenderness. But Sakura barely knew Sasuke as a person. Who can blame her? She was 12 and he was emotionally closed off to everyone. How could she have truly loved him when she had no idea who he really was?

What Naruto and Sakura have, above all else, is an actual understanding of each other. They have shared a very deep wound together and have become close, close friends and close teammates through it. Since the beginning of the series, we've seen Sakura's opinion of Naruto is constant motion. She went from condescending and mocking to in awe of the boy to now, a close camaraderie. Judging by how upset Sakura became when she saw that Hinata might in someway actually pose a threat to her hold on Naruto's attention, it may even be more already.

All through Shippuden Naruto and Sakura have been highly sensitive to Sasuke. Amazingly though, 9 times out of 10 Sakura got upset at Sai for upsetting Naruto rather than simply over the mention of Sasuke himself.

Sakura has worried and cried over Naruto. She has run to his aide in vain. She has lamented for not being able to help him enough. She has vowed that she will help Naruto bringback the boy who means so much to them both.
