Hi, I'm Michi and I would like to meet some science majors. I'm a biology major (undergrad). I'm leaning more towards pre-pharmacy. Please give a brief introduction of yourselves and (if you'd like) please share why you are interested in a particular area of science or just science in general.

What is the (roses) item behind you called?

I'm also BME and pre-med. It was kind of a bad decision though since engineering curriculum tends to kill your GPA (at least lowers it below what the average GPA is at Med. schools). If I could do it over though, I'd still probably do BME. I love it too much.

Yea, it's hard to meet other people that do science/engineering.

I like cats in theory but would never want to own one. It also is a convenient shortening of my real name (altho I don't really go by any nicknames irl), and the person I was named after went by Kitty.

I do Straight Physics at University, with Engineering topics as extracurricular work. I'm not sure what I want to get into eventually, but hopefully something to do with jet/rocket engines, nuclear reactors, high power lasers or in general stuff that's bold and interesting.
