Clearly I should go get a PhD or ten at this university, since it seems like they don't have any rules or regulations about research... But seriously, humans are not magnets. While we do sometimes use magnets as a metaphor for attraction, that does not mean that the properties of magnets are transferrable to living things. If the university is really supporting this, I hope they get discredited.
