A strange butterfly/moth caterpillar

Does anyone know what could it be?
I've seen it only once on the beach a few years ago. I live in Poland, and I don't think that there are many of these little guys in my country.
I'm really curious what could it be, but I couldn't find the exact one on the internet, nor in any encyclopedias x.x

I'm not sure what it is, but if you are truly super curious, see if a local college or university has an ecology department and see if anyone in that department specializes in entomology. Its likely someone will. Send an email, state your name and ask them if they are familiar with such an insect since it has made you incredibly curious about it.

Another way is if there is a park ranger house or something similar on or near the beach, you can ask the ranger or biologist on staff, they will know if its a frequent visitor or not.
