My answer is probably a little more silly then the rest. But when I did the mile run in school, we did it around a track. I can't remember how many around would make a mile, but let's say it's 10.
I would set a goal for myself before starting by saying I'm not gonna stop jogging until lap 8. (Which is silly because I have short legs and run like a turtle.) But it did help me push myself harder. xp Just don't stop and you'll be okay. 3nodding
