Well I do want to run, I tried but I hurt my knees last year and I never tried to start up again.
What do you guys do for inspiration. I don't have any.

I signed myself up for a race. If you have a concrete goal like being able to run X miles without stopping by X date, it gives you a clear perspective on what you need to do to get there. Good luck!
