1 mile?? I haven't only run 1 mile in a long, long time.

i imagine quite a few runners never have, unless accidentally whilst late for a bus/train/party which happened to be 1 mile away.

Yea, i mean hell, Saturday i have a 14 mile run planned.

My fastest was 5:07 and I'm only a freshman. I hope to get 4:30 next year.

I run a 6:00. Like right on the dot lol. I'm hoping to get to 5:30 by the end of summer.

Last time I ran a mile was in 10th grade. My time then was 8~9 minutes.
I haven't really ran since besides the one time I almost missed the bus a year ago.
