I'm doing something similar but its called Couch to 5k. Its a lot less strenuous for a daily workout. Then again its only for 5 weeks so maybe yours starts out working up to a 5k

Yes, I've been doing the workout plan for 3 weeks now. I can see major improvement of myself razz

Now if only I can lose the fat by my belly
