Best time to run

What is your favourite time to run?

1. Running in the morning, I rise with the sun	47.1%	[ 16 ]

Running early in the morning boosts you up, and makes you feel awake, but I prefer running at night.

I usually take runs when nobody is out (10pm) and run for about 10 minutes. I always have a good rest afterwards.

Always when the suns down. I am never up early enough to do that in the morning so it's always at night / sun down.
It's hot all year where I live and I like my pale complexion (although I am contemplating getting a tan ATM).
My body and heat don't work very well. I feel like I am choking and I throw up if it's too hot. I come from a long line of winter folk, lmao.

I usually go between 9pm and 1am ...which is why I don't listen to music when I run lol. In fact I think I'll go right now lol
