You don't see kemono much if at all in anime and manga these days, so Bagi will remain one of my favorites.

Game: uh Cloud (duh), Dante (DWC), Axel (KH2), Leon/Squall (KH/KH2/FF cool , uh...yeah

Anime: geez this may take awhile...okay I'll keep this as short as I can
-generally evil pretty boys (ie Itachi (NOT sasuke, rather a log than sasuke), Nakago, Sess, etc)
-also Ouran HS Host Club boys (major fangirlage there)
-Merrick from Yugioh
-Solomon Blood+
-Kiba from Wolf's Rain

There's more, those are just the ones coming to mind due to them being mainstream stuff. Oh well ^^;;.
