i am athiest but i beleive in ghosts.

my theory is that "demons" are souls that have gone insane and "angels" may just be good people. but there is not enough solid evidence of heaven or hell to say either truely exist.

i beleive that the soul is really the mind living outside its normal physical bounds.

I get what where you are coming from, I too have similar beliefs, but I do believe in angles and demons...as well as vampires (though, not like most people see them as), lycans, Succubi, and a few other "mythological" animals such as the Kraken (I believe it is already dead...but it most likely did exist) and Godzilla...xD nah, not godzilla...I heart godzilla though ;D

Also, I believe in heaven and hell...but totally different concepts of what most people think...yes...I have my own personal religion based off a mixture of cultures.

well, now and again i'll go to different churches to get more knowledge on what each religion beleives for when i make my theories that are based around such subjects, to prevent from becoming bias or "stagnent" in opinions.

and so far i've com up with purgatory being the only realm of after life, that can be proven to exist because all it is, is the world we are in now but as dead people.

Similar to that...I believe we all see heaven or hell before we die or are on out deathbed. Depending on the memories we see before we die and if we are tormented by them or not...we experience Heaven or Hell...
