Also, while I may not agree with giving blood to a child, or feeding near a child. . . I do think, if she wants to continue and tell this child about her lifestyle later on it's perfectly fine. I am not saying that vampirism is a religion, but what's the difference between doing something which may seem strange for religious reasons, or for a lifestyle choice? Or, say, a child growing up in a hippie commune. . . of course there are things that are "wrong" with raising a child there, but, that's a lifestyle. . . and if the parents want to allow the child the option to embrace it later (post development in both case, I'd imagine) I don't see the problem, again, while I may not agree.

Maybe the child will be seen as insane, or be ostracized to some extent from his peers, but, I think acceptance by the family is important too.

Also, there's blood in a lot of things - blood pudding and whatnot, and the blood of a mammal is the blood of a mammal, human or otherwise. . . :/
