first part, what ever you say. Second part:
A fetish (from French fétiche; from Portuguese feitiço; from Latin facticius, "artificial" and facere, "to make" wink is an object believed to have supernatural powers, or in particular a man-made object that has power over others. Essentially, fetishism is the attribution of inherent value or powers to an object.

fet·ish Audio Help /ˈfɛtɪʃ, ˈfitɪʃ/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[fet-ish, fee-tish] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
1. an object regarded with awe as being the embodiment or habitation of a potent spirit or as having magical potency.
2. any object, idea, etc., eliciting unquestioning reverence, respect, or devotion: to make a fetish of high grades.
3. Psychology. any object or nongenital part of the body that causes a habitual erotic response or fixation.
Also, fetich.

Okay so you went an pulled out an online dictionary.

definition one: yip I know what that means, that's why you find all these animals carved in turquoise and other stones by Zuni tribespeople, I've got a Zuni wolf fetish somewhere on my ornaments shelf.

definition two: yep that describes people feom the fetish comunity very very well indeed.

definition three: also describes the fetish community very well.

Where in all that does the vampire comunity fall in? I don't see blood as a sacred object with mystical powers, I don't see it as an object to revere, and as already stated I receive no 'erotic respnose' from consuming blood.
Definition two would fall more on the lines of the vampire blood fetish. Vampires feel they neeeeed it and can't live without it. when obviously they can rolleyes

According to the definition you pulled off the net, "any object, idea, etc., eliciting unquestioning reverence, respect, or devotion" where in that does it state that the fetishist cannot live without the object of the person's fetish. It doesn't
Ect= blood, liquids, 'energy' as well. And if you are devoted to something. Honestly devoted you would feel as if you couldn't live with out it.

Requring something to survive/ keep a person healthy though doesn't constitute a devotion.

Pink Fuzzy Apples, will you still be around in a few hours time? I would like to continue our discussion/debate but unfortunately I have to surrender the household computer to my dad for a few hours. Catch you later.

It is when you are human and you can consume the same things a human consumes and yet choose to take in only blood and this so called energy. Vampires are as fake as everything else that is mythical and people are trying to make real. They do not exist, and Will never exist.

This is incorrect. Vampires only consume blood/energy on a regular basis, it isn't all that they eat.

Secondly, I honestly feel sorry for you. It must be awful to only be able to accept one shallow way of thinking. I know this must all seem silly from a bystanders point of view, but being so unwilling to even ponder the thought that something else might be out there is just....sad.

NO what is sad is people like you who try to bring fantasy with reality. Its fake and isn't real. Just like there is no god, there is no werewolf, there is no witches, there is no fairies, no demons no devil. its all fake and made up. it all exist int he eyes of the one trying to make their fantasies come true.

I will continue this later. I have more Important things to do then to sit and argue over something like this. It called my life.

I find it funny how when you take a so-called "vampires" sanity into question, they've suddenly all been to psychologists that tell them they're sane.

funny how you think we're all losers but you post in every thread on vampirism.

Well here's something you can answer when you get back: Can you PROVE that those things aren't real? I know for a fact that you can't. It's a standoff, neither of us can be right until evidence appears clarifying things. That's why I find your outlook disturbing- you refuse to accept the possibility that you may be wrong. That is what real delusion is made of, dear.

That said, I'm off for a bit as well. I'll probably be back this afternoon.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Prove it.
