Rare steak or raw hamburger (This is at your own discretion, underchooked meats can be dangerous). V8 juice. Coke or dr pepper. Orange juice, cranberry juice. There are some others but I can't think of them right now.

Couldn't it be that they just have a blood 'fetish,' and get off on the idea of blood, rather than seriously NEED it for comfortable survival?

If it were just a blood fetuish then sanguines as they're called wouldn't get sick from not drinking blood. neutral

There's psychic energy and tantric or sex energy. Psychic energy is much like chakra, ki, chi, etc. It's our spiritual energy. With Tantric, you obtain that by...well..having sex to put it bluntly.

Id think that its not so much as a fetish because that would just make you a blood fetishist. :p
frankly im not turned on by drinking blood. Being sanguine isn't a voice of opinion.
The cravings tend to seem identical to a hardcore smoker, at least mine are. Its a cliche term but its best described that way.
Most believe that its the prana or chi (life) in the blood that would identify as ‘energy‘.
Ive had my own experience without it. That being bedridden and sick for a full 24 hours.
it was actually unexpected.
