Alright, I'll give it my best shot:
Blood Vampirism is the easiest to explain. If you were to speak generally, Blood Vampirism is when the organism desires the blood of another organism for ingestion, consumption, or straight injection. The reasons why this happens is commonly debated within the actual community so getting a single, straight answer as to why will not happen at this time.

A Psychic Vampire feeds off a different state of energy not recognized by science at this time. You may think that there's only heat, light, sound, kinetic and so on energy but studies are being conducted in physicist labs concerning other forms of energy. If you watch the history channel from time to time, you can hear about the new ones they find all the time in space like Dark Energy, Mangetars (I may have mispelled it.), pulsars and so on. This gives hope to the Vampire community as well as other spiritualists and otherkin about this unknown form of energy.

A Hybrid may feed on both to nourish their needs. Typically, they are weighted towards one or the other but sometimes they both satisfy the need equally.

Feeding is a fancy term for satisfying the need.

Awakening is also a fancy term for just the realization of the time one has become a vampire. Awakening doesn't have a single point of definition and it may also just be a long, continual process. For example, if I had to answer "When was your awakening?" my answer would be "I realized I had a craving for blood at the age of 7 and since then, I've been studying myself." That would be my awakening.

"Psychic powers" are the manifestation of the person's body or otherwise processing that mysterious other type of energy I spoke of earlier. It usually comes around when they start to feed and typically die down if they don't feed enough. Not everyone has them and not everyone has the same ones. For example, I could tell you exactly the mood you're feeling if you were to talk to me but I couldn't tell you what would happen in the next week when your dog was about to be run over by a truck. I could tell you your job will work out very well but I couldn't tell you how long.

Hey,hey. Therians actually, in my opinion, are more likely than vampires. The basic beliefs of Therians pretty much date back to the cave man days, whilst the basic ideas of vampirism in this forum don't really appear until around.. 1880 was it?
