I've tried in CB to make a thread like this, but most know me so there isn't much lulz.

I'm fairly certain we're all tired of it, and invoking attacks like this on the thread isn't the answer.
Especially when it's always the same goddamn arguments over and over again.

I've tried in ED, but a mod moved it and said it's GD material.
We know how GD is so it was pointless.
I made one in friends chat, and had a few people come in, but it died quickly.
We need small contests in here!

I started studying a bit into vampirism a few years ago, but not extensively until more recently.
I had remained somewhat skeptical, not so much for the concepts behind vampirism, but for the name and the fantasy some attach to it.
Now that I am becoming more aware of my vampiric nature, I am beginning to embrace it more.
It's also given me an interesting perspective on my spirituality, and I feel like I'm understanding myself more.
Although I am a skeptical person in general, and it's something I need to spend more time exploring, yes, I consider myself to be a vampire.

Why thank you, that is generous.

For the most part, I view vampirism (when combined with its associations) as a window, a way to understand our need for feeding, the process of drawing energy, and our relationship with the world (for me, the divine.)
Just as in other cultures, there are other ways of describing it.
Although that doesn't make vampirism any less "special", or any less real. I believe that the way we connect with the need to draw energy aligns us with certain universal energies, or aspects of the psyche. Which can be beneficial.
Also, it creates a community, which is nice.
Although that's just how I see it.
But I'm probably not making much sense now, and I'll stop rambling :p
